Comments: I ordered this item new, it arrived in an opened case and the disc was scratched.I contacted the seller the same day i received it and was accused of opening the item and using it. After numerous nasty emails back and forth, they agreed to issue me a credit. I have been ordering from amazon for many years and this was the first time I had a problem.
