THis book has great recipes. I do wish it had more pictures, but the free bon appetit magazine subscription (which has a lot of pics) and the fantastic recipes makes it deserve a 5 star rating.

If you are a fan of the magazine, which I am, you will like this book. It is clear and easy to understand with very workable and tasty recipes! Plus, it came with a free one year subscription to the magazine, a $12 value! Good deal!

Rating: - Buy the book instead of a subscription
Like many food magazines, Bon Appetit can go literally months without a recipe to tempt me. This takes the frustration out of waiting for a good month. I would have liked more pictures, though.

I bought this cookbook and i absolutley loved it. It has great recipes and tips and is good for beginners and experts. i really think you will enjoy this book if you are a cook or you just want to do it.
