Interesting to read these unhappy reviews. I just started reading this 6 months ago, and it's now my favorite mag. I love the political commentary and banter, and check out the latest songs suggested on rhapsody. Maybe it's not what it used to be, but I sure like it! :)

Rating: - I CAN'T WAIT 'till my 4 year, $6.49 subscripsion is over!
I used to absolutely LOVE RS, but now, let's just say I'm tired of being bashed over the head with their flawed, overly biased, one-way political ideology. I mean really, TWO Obama covers in a few weeks? Jeeze. The only thing they didn't do was put a halo and beard on him. I wonder if they realize they're just preaching to the choir? They will only have so many readers (the same ones over and over...) and pretty much that's it. They can't REALLY care about NEW readers, only their base, so what's the point? I'd be willing to bet they're wooing very, very few converts. Think of it as "Tiger Beat" for the Pseudo-intellectuals who want all to think they're good people because the use paper instead of plastic, or one square of toilet paper (as Sheryl Crow recommended) to "save the planet."

Is it worth getting? If you get a CHEAP subscription like I did, and use it primarily for entertainment purposes. Once in a while, you might find something interesting, but rarely unbiased. (RS ALWAYS has Jann Wenner's ponderous footprint all over it.)

Why didn't I cancel it? for the above mentioned reasons, AND for the money, it's worth it just to have them send it and pay the postage. I've got two more months and it's over!

Rating: - It's just what I expected.
I'm very happy with my new subscription. I always stop at stores & glance thu the "Rolling Stone" on the shelves (once in awhile I will buy one), always wishing I could get everyone of them. Now I have it delivered to my home all the time. I just love it. Thanks!

Rating: - I never received the magazine
I subscribed over a month ago and have not received the magazine. Service typical of everything I order from Amazon. This time I will keep my promise to myself and NEVER do business with Amazon again. I waited two months for an in-stock book on my last order. I have learned my lesson.
