"A Teen's Guide to Going Vegetarian" was great--with everything you need to know at all. In the beginning, it told me why which influenced me to become a vegetarian--especially the part about the animals. It gave me help about telling my family and friends, and sicne now I'm a vegetarian, it's helps me know about nutrition and hidden indgriedients. Five stars is not an exarggeration!

Rating: - The ONLY book you'll ever need!
If you're a teen, don't spend all your money on tons of books you might never get to reading, this has it all! From hidden animal bi-products to 'coming out of the pantry', I wore this book out of its cover! Also, things like substitutes, FAQs, etc. (I also suggest Linda McCartney's cookbooks as well). Its an easy read, down to earth, and my bible for the past 3 years!

This book so far is great. I know you want us to read the whole book, but I have only read a few pages. This book is great. It helps me see that there are many people out there that are vegetarian and there is nothing wrong with it. This gives great ideas for eating out, food at parties, and much more. If your are considering being a vegetarian, read this, it will help you 100 percent.
