Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Chris Barnes goes to Sweeden
Chris Barnes is one of the greatest vocalist in all of metal. Now if your done being stunned, then I'll proceed. My other faviorte singers in metal are Corey Taylor from Slipknot/Stone Sour, Manyard from Tool, and Tom from Slayer. So if you still think im crazy and dont know what im talking about, fine. This cd repeats itself alot, but its still a good listen. Chris Barnes does a great job with the vocals, but the band is not as tight as Six Feet Under.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Chris couldn't help it...
He needed another group, to be back to his origin, the original spirit of Cannibal Corpse. So...here he is, although it's not his first album in this group.

Lyrics are crazy brutal as we see from the jacket, and their sound is just like Six Feet Under, the album 13. The sounds are somewhat stronger and technical, but the main differences are in the lyrics.

Because of the constraints and the limits in Six Feet Under, he couldn't satisfy his urge to make the music that fits his taste. Maybe SFU was his full experiments and I think now he can enjoy his job.

He first created works that can be accepted by more people by reducing the brutality in jackets or lyrics in SFU. Anyway, now he's back, with the works he really wanted to make and the works ... Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - It's Still Wrong... It's Deicide, Deicide, DEICIDE!!!!
I oughtta know, they're my favorite death metal band. Chris barnes DOES suck, "Corpsegrinder" IS a better singer, but I love death metal and that's all that matters. Even TK and SFU. Hell... even MORTICIAN... does that raise any eyebrows?

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - good death metal
Don't get me wrong I'm about as big a fan of Six Feet Under as any casual metalhead, but when I had heard Swarm! I knew that change was a good thing. They actualy sound very similar to that of Six Feet Under, but it's just the whole feel of it as an album is so good. The standout tracks are definately "Funeral for the Masses" "Obsessed with Homicide" and "Heading towards the Butchery"
