The book 'The Biggest Loser Success Secrets; The Wisdom, Motivation, and Inspiration to Lose Weight--and Keep it Off!' is absolutely worth owning. As I am in Australia, I had to wait several weeks until I recieved it in the mail. Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. Could not get the packaging opened quick enough. It had me hooked from the first page. I guess it helped being a fan of the reality TV series! Not all of the stories struck a cord with me, however, there were elements of each persons story that I could relate to. The `Tool Box' tips on most pages are invaluable. It was very easy to read. Having lost 15 kilos (about a year ago) I have managed to keep it off. However, I knew I had more in me. This is the book to take you that much further in your weight-loss journey.

I love watching the show...but this book didn't really do it for me. Everything in it was very basic information, nothing new.

This book has proven really inspirational to me. It has a lot of things about fitness and nutrition that you would never know had you not read this. This book has lots of large colored photos, and is really organized compared to the other Biggest Loser books I have by the same author. FIVE STARS!

This book is a big motivator and easy to read. The success stories and tips keep your spirits up especially if you are not a size 10 or a size 14. I think it would be helpful to men as well
