I really have enjoyed this movie (really more of a documentary). The editing, production & directing is top-notch.

I've watched it more times than I can count & have recommended it to others. It has helped me tremendously in keeping my focus on what I think & say. The main premise of the movie is: what you say effects your life. In my opinion this is much more in-depth than the movie "The Secret" & a great companion or next step.

There is also an Affirmation Toolkit that allows you to choose between 5 different areas such as "self", "health", "work", "relationships" & "prosperity". Each section repeats 3 affirmations supporting the chosen area, & they gently overlay soft music. It also offers the music alone which you can play while you meditate on your own affirmations. - Not as mind-blowing as "The Secret" but still very motivational
I really liked this DVD and love all of Louise Hay's work. She has a wonderfully compassionate and non-judgmental way of connecting with the listener that makes anyone feel accepted and loved. This DVD isn't as ground-breaking as the "Secret"The Secret (Extended Edition) in my opinion, but it's still worth purchasing. It's completely different in the approach and the production, but the essential message is similar: that you are your thoughts. So think happy things and eventually you'll be happy too!! It works!
