Great sizes. The smaller ones are sort of big enough to store 4 butter sticks. I Haven't used the big one yet, but it is great when I make 4 meals of home-made pasta sauce to freeze.

I have been in the process of slowly replacing all of my old plastic storage containers with glass/pyrex containers. This set is great! I wish I had gotten 2 of them and I may get another one yet. They fit nicely in the refrigerator and stack easily -- a bonus with the glass, is that you can see what left-over or whatever, you put inside of it. These are also great for reheating and putting in the microwave. I just love these. My only complaint, which is a small one, is that if a choice had been given, I would liked to pick the color I wanted for the lid -- navy blue is fine, but I would have picked green or something like that.

Will be ordering more - the square/rectangular shapes take up much less room in cupboards and the refrigerator since they store with less wasted space than round containers. Heavy, solid. You won't be disappointed
