- Dark, disturbing, and ultimately boring
Tried really hard to like this book- Jaxon a little to stoic then suddenly he is Mr. Understanding. Mishka's morph from killing machine to damsel in distress a little annoying. The set up for another long series - tiring. Too much precasting and not enougth story. The great stories are great because you don't have to wait 12 books to finish them .

- Great sci-fi storyline
What completely fasinates me with Showalter is how her different series are so completely DIFFERENT. I can usually recognize the writing of authors simply by reading a book, just like some people can recognize a bass player by listening to different music. Yet, the storyline and character traits that are found in this Alien Huntress series is completely different than what you would find in her Atlantis series, or Playing with Fire, or even the first book I read by her--The Pleasure Slave. Some of her books are so light and fun (Heart of the Dragon) and some are tense and sexy (Lords of the Underworld). All seem to have a at least a small sense of humor to it--which I like.

Savor Me Slowly was wonderfully done. I didn't remember alot about the previous two novels, but this one can easily be a stand alone novel. Previous characters are back. Mia is really annoying. I thought Showalter did a good ... Read More

- Absolutely wonderful!
I absolutely love Gena Showalter. She is one of my favorite paranormal romance writers and there hasn't been a book yet that I have encountered and been disappointed. I enjoyed reading every page of Savor Me Slowly. Talk about Hot!Hot!Hot! The heat between Le' Ace and Jaxon had me longing for some heat of my own. I definitely recommend this installment of Alien Huntress and no doubt a Five Star rating all the way.
