- Miracle Ball is just that!
My friend and neighbor loaned me her miracle ball one day when I was having excruciating sciatica pains. Using the ball provided substantial relief in a very short time and I now keep the ball with me wherever I go.

- Too painful for this Fibromyalgia sufferer
The Fibro pressure points along my lower back and hips are particularly sensitive, so the idea of using a "squishy" ball that you "sink into" sounded very promising. To me the balls felt like a soft grapefruit -- not exactly what I consider squishy -- and were really too painful for me to use for any length of time.

Although I couldn't really give the balls a fair test I did give it two stars for the book's breathing and relaxation techniques, which I found very helpful.

- Good product.
This is a good product and I like it. It does take some will power and effort to use, only because it ~feels~ like I'm not getting as much done as I would be with something more active. But it's amazing how much concentration and effort it takes to relax, when I really follow the suggestions in the accompanying booklet. And the benefits are worth the effort. I'm never disappointed by the results when I put in real time and energy (BREATHING and CONSCIOUSLY relaxing)...I just need to do it.

My Asian Body Therapist recommended the Miracle Balls to me. I have been suffering from severe muscle spasms in my back recently. She had me use the balls while she was working on me and I received enough pain relief that I felt it warranted purchasing them and using them at home. I've also found that they are great for relieving the tightness and stress that I carry in my neck and down my back between my shoulders. I feel I've only begun to discover their many possibilities for use. I think they are great.
