- Martha does it again!
As usual, Martha does a great job! This one is very detailed with step-by-step instructions and photographs. The recipes make you want to go right back into the kitchen and start cooking. They also range from basic to more advanced.

What a great text book to learn the basics and beyond. I watch her show and she teaches out of the book every Wednesday. I don't agree with her voicing her political opinions on the show before the election but then again I don't watch her for that... Great book ~ Big Kudos to Sarah Carey. Wish the book was printed in the USA too, but it wasn't it was printed in Japan.

A+ on the book
No praise on her political opinions thankfully they are not in the book.

Martha Stewart's Cooking School: Lessons and Recipes for the Home Cook My daughter is a fairly new cook and is constantly phoning from out of town with many question on "how to's" This is one of her Xmas gifts and I know it will be a hit. I have carefully opened the book and after 35yrs. of cooking I have gained some new knowledge. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves to cook. Your prices are so much cheaper than in the book store. Thank you for the buy and enabling me purchase one of my Xmas gifts.
