My five year old daughter adores this story! It's her absolute favorite, and she sleeps with the plush puppy every night. This was her favorite Christmas present. The story is funny and sweet.

I buy these books as gifts for my sister. All of my family are animal lovers. I just had to add this book to my collection as well as getting my Great Niece and our Granddaughter started on Marley.. I fell in love with the book cover.........Cheri in IA

I purchased this book for my 5 year old niece because I loved the adult version of Marley and because she just loves my two dogs. She thought the stuffed Marley that came with the book was adorable and played with it for a long time, even after she read the book. This is a great book for children around the age of 4-5. The drawings are wonderful. If you are thinking of getting a puppy for your children, this may be a good book for your children to read to see that it's not always easy raising a puppy.

My 6 yr old received this for Christmas. It is an adorable set of nice quality. This would make a great item to purchase as a gift for a hard to buy for child. The stuffed Labrador is very cute!
